This apartment lays at the second floor in an beautiful exclusive park in the City Center. We have bought it to turn it in hour family house, hopefully for a long time. The park was built in the 80s; everything has to be restructured. This is a perfect chance to unleash all your creativity. Feel free to change everything but the pillars!
Requirements:
We are four (husband, wife, daughter and son), looking for three bedrooms.
The lower part of the plan is the “golden area”, with a very nice view in the park and should be employed for a (big) living room. Our room (parents) should have a dressing room and we need a laundry room, which should be close to one of the upper balconies.
Finally (and this is the most difficul part) we need an (even small) study room for myself and my wife, which might be used sometimes also as guest room.
We love modern to contemporary style.
NOTES:
1. The floor plan is upside down! The building is North/South but the North is the lower part of the Pictures.
2. You see that the rooms in the upper right part of the floor plan have no doors to the balcony. This is because the balcony can be (partially, let’s say up to two thirds of its surface) used to enlarge the apartment, so I (lazily) did not take care of capturing measures of the doors.
3. We have a big (4 meters x 65 cm x 2.5 m) wardrobe that we would like to bring with us, even in the aisle
