Si propone di settorializzare le camere da letto da un lato e le aree sociali dall'altro. Un corridoio che funge da ingresso, termina direttamente nella zona giorno, che si articola anche con la cucina, sfruttando la finestra frontale e la luce naturale.
La cucina è stata mantenuta nella sua posizione originale, sfruttando gli impianti esistenti.
L'area di servizio ha un ingresso precedente attraverso la lavanderia, evitando di attraversare la zona sociale principale, che funge anche da guardaroba per cappotti e scarpe.
I due bagni sono adiacenti, uno ad uso comune e il secondo en suite. Il nucleo sanitario separa le due camere dei bambini posteriori dalla camera padronale, che dispone anche di un armadio a muro.

Dal punto di vista estetico, si propongono toni neutri, in equilibrio tra classico e moderno, con elementi caratteristici come le modanature alle pareti e le strisce di luci a LED sul soffitto, che conferiscono carattere, raffinatezza e coerenza al progetto in tutti i suoi spazi.

The proposal is to sectorize the bedrooms on one side and the social spaces on the other. A corridor that acts as an entrance hall, ends directly in the living area, which is also articulated with the kitchen, taking advantage of the front window and natural light.

The service area has a previous entrance through the laundry room, avoiding crossing the main social area, which also functions as a checkroom for coats and shoes.
The two bathrooms are adjacent, one for common use, and the second en suite. The sanitary core separates the two rear bedrooms for the children from the master bedroom, which also has a walking closet.

In terms of aesthetics, neutral tones are proposed, a balance between classic and modern, with characteristic elements such as moldings on the walls and LED strip lights on the ceiling, which give character, sophistication and coherence to the project in all its spaces.
