This design emphasizes a strong zoning concept that clearly separates the service area, semi-private area, and private area, using walls and doors as effective spatial filters. The existing main structure is maintained to reduce construction costs and improve efficiency.
Circulation areas are designed to be as comfortable as possible, especially around the adjacent bedroom zones, ensuring privacy.
The service area is fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and laundry space, strategically located near the balcony for better ventilation. The kitchen is directly connected to the living room to support daily activities and social interaction.
Before entering the bedroom area, the living room and kitchen are separated by a door, reinforcing privacy within the private zone. The workspace is located inside the master bedroom to maintain a quiet working atmosphere, with a partition wall separating it from the sleeping area for optimal comfort and focus.
