We have designed this apartment according to the requirements you described. There are not many changes, only adjustments to the placement of the work room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area.

For the work room, the location we propose is more ideal considering that you spend much of your time working from home. A larger work room will provide greater comfort, and it can also function as a guest room. Access to the smaller bathroom has also been relocated through this work room.

Regarding the kitchen, the position we suggest is the most suitable for you, as it will be closer to the laundry area, making household tasks more convenient.
