Gentile cliente, la parola d'ordine per questo progetto è : CANNOCCHIALE SUL MARE.
La volontà primaria è stata quella di mantenere le porzioni di muri inalterate al fine di procedere con un progetto di interior design che non andasse a interferire su costi "strutturali".
Dall'ingresso dell'abitazione, sulla sinistra, viene rimodulato il blocco cucina pensato con dotazioni standard e con pensili fino a soffitto per sfruttare le altezze esistenti e aumentare la capacità di stivaggio. Sulla destra il bagno viene rimodulato mediante colori e arredi minimali e esssenziali.
La zona giorno e zona notte si confondono l'una con l'altra attraverso lo sfruttamento dell'intero volume e non solo della planimetria del monolocale.
Le panche assumono così triplice funzione : comoda seduta, letto singolo per la notte e comodo cassettone sottostante per ulteriore stivaggio assimilabile ai gavoni delle imbarcazioni, dove ogni spazio viene sfruttato al meglio.
La volontà del cliente di mantenere sempre pronti i posti letto e aumentarne il numero è stata quindi sviluppata mendiante la realizzazione di un soppalco con linee minimali e di facile realizzazione che può ospitare fino a due posti letto.
Al di sotto di tale soppalco-letto viene ospitato un tavolo e due/tre sedute in modo da permettere la compresenza di circa 5/6 commensali attraverso dello sfruttamento della panca come seduta.
I materiali e colori proposti vengono ridotti all'essenziale mantenendo i ricordi tipici del mare, gli ombrelloni, le onde, la sabbia, i tronchi, il blu del mare.
Nelle tavole di progetto vengono proposti alcuni spunti per arredi e materiali.
La disposizione dei vari elementi descritti lascia spazio alla vista sul mare, come un cannocchiale.

Dear customer, the watchword for this project is: CANNOCCHIALE OVER THE SEA.
The primary will was to keep the portions of the walls unchanged in order to proceed with an interior design project that did not interfere with "structural" costs.
From the entrance to the house, on the left, the kitchen block is remodeled, designed with standard equipment and with wall units up to the ceiling to exploit the existing heights and increase storage capacity. On the right, the bathroom is remodeled using minimal and essential colors and furnishings.
The living area and sleeping area blend into each other through the use of the entire volume and not just the floor plan of the studio apartment.
The benches thus take on a triple function: comfortable seating, a single bed for the night and a comfortable chest of drawers underneath for further stowage similar to the lockers on boats, where every space is exploited to the fullest.
The customer's desire to always keep the beds ready and increase their number was therefore developed by creating a mezzanine with minimal lines and easy to build that can accommodate up to two beds.
Below this mezzanine-bed a table and two/three seats are housed in order to allow the co-presence of about 5/6 diners through the use of the bench as a seat.
The proposed materials and colors are reduced to the essential while maintaining the typical memories of the sea, the umbrellas, the waves, the sand, the trunks, the blue of the sea.
