ING – To limit interventions and expenses, I would keep the current kitchen.
For the bathroom, I would leave the bare minimum, 80cm corner shower, toilet and a 60cm deep sink with chest of drawers.
As far as the space for day/night use is concerned, in order to obtain a boat effect and have up to 4 beds, I would recommend putting a corner sofa or corner bench with padding (as is often used on boats) and a central square table . When choosing a sofa, there are many solutions both with a 140-160cm bed and with single beds that can be joined as a double (given the space available before the radiator, I recommend a sofa with a maximum length of 240cm, for the depth instead we have up to 180cm ).
For the table, I recommend a space-saving wooden model - foldable so that when you unfold all the beds, there is passage space between them. (there are models of folding tables that can contain folding chairs when closed)
For the other two additional beds, we recommend a simple sofa bed (3rd bed) which can be used as a reading corner during the day and a standard CLEI – KALI transformable solution (4th bed) which when closed can be used as a shelf under the TV (hanging on the wall)
During the day there will therefore be up to 5 seats around the table; from the sofa you can enjoy both the external view and watch TV.
At night, by opening all the beds, there will be a passageway in the middle to be able to go out onto the terrace, and also from all the sleeping places it will be possible to enjoy the outside view.
Wardrobe: instead of the current yellow wardrobe, I recommend a 48cm module with hinged door and front opening (fridge side) and the remaining space behind the sofa can be used with a storage bench with top opening and a bridge wardrobe ( H from the ground 150cm) so that the bench can also be used with a shelf.
For materials/colors to use, I recommend: white, blue, turquoise and wood.


ITA – Per limitare gli interventi e le spese, manterrei l’attuale cucina.
Per il bagno, lascerei il minimo indispensabile, doccia angolare da 80cm,WC e un lavabo con cassettone da 60cm di profondità.
Per quanto riguarda lo spazio ad utilizzo giorno/notte, al fine di ottenere un effetto Barca e avere fino a 4 posti letto, consiglierei di mettere un divano angolare o panca angolare con imbottitura (come spesso viene utilizzata sulle barche) e un tavolo quadrato centrale. Sulla scelta del divano esistono tantissime soluzione sia con letto da 140-160cm sia con letti singoli che possono essere uniti a matrimoniale ( dato lo spazio a disposizione prima del calorifero consiglio un divano con lunghezza massima di 240cm, per la profondità invece abbiamo fino a 180cm) .
Per il tavolo consiglio un modello in legno salva spazio - pieghevole in modo che quando si aprono tutti i letti rimanga spazio di passaggio in mezzo. ( esistono modelli di tavoli pieghevoli che da chiusi possono contenere le sedie pieghevoli)
Per gli altri due posti letto aggiuntivi, si consiglia una semplice poltrona letto (3° letto) che durante il giorno può essere usata come angolo lettura e una soluzione trasformabile CLEI – KALI standard (4° posto letto) che da chiusa può essere usata come piano d’appoggio sotto la TV (appesa al muro)
Durante il giorno si avrà quindi fino a 5 posti a sedere intorno al tavolo; dal divano si potrà godere sia della vista esterna sia vedere la tv.
Di notte, aprendo tutti i letti, si avrà un corridoio di passaggio in mezzo per poter uscire sul terrazzo, ed inoltre da tutti i posti letti si potrà godere della vista esterna.
Armadio: al posto dell’attuale armadio giallo, consiglio un modulo da 48cm con anta battente e apertura frontale (lato frigo) e il restante spazio dietro al divano può essere sfruttato con un panca contenitiva con apertura dall’alto e un armadio a ponte (H da terra 150cm) in modo che la panca possa anche essere usata con ripiano d’appoggio.
Per materiali /colori da utilizzare consiglio: bianco, blu, turchese e il legno.
