Abito in questa casa oramai da vent'anni e non mi rispecchia più. Inoltre con il mio compagno desidereremmo degli spazi più funzionali e adatti alle nostre esigenze.
Al piano terra vorremmo ricavare uno spazio palestra-benessere non visibile agli ospiti (visto che la cucina ed il soggiorno si trovano al piano di sopra).
Al primo piano vorrei eliminare il muro più corto della cucina e la porta in modo da avere un grande spazio da utilizzare come cucina e soggiorno per riceve gli ospiti.
Se fosse possibile vorrei mantenere i mobili della cucina esistenti, magari aggiungendo qualcosa che si sposi bene (le foto si riferiscono alla cucina ad al soggiorno esistenti).
Al secondo piano, che è mansardato ma con altezza minima cm. 180, desidererei rinnovare completamente la camera da letto (che si trova nella camera da 16 mq) e realizzare una cabina armadio nella stanza quadrata (quella da 10,71 mq).

I live in this house for twenty years, and now the house does not reflect me anymore. Also, me and my partner would want spaces more functional and suitable to our needs.
On the ground floor we would like to make a space gym and wellness center is not visible to guests (as the kitchen and living room are located upstairs).
On the first floor I would like to eliminate the shorter wall of the kitchen and the door in order to have a large space to use as a kitchen and living room for receiving guests.
If it were possible I would like to keep the existing furniture in the kitchen, maybe adding something that goes well (the pictures refer to the existing kitchen and living room).
On the second floor, which is on the top floor but with a minimum height cm. 180, I would completely renovate the bedroom (which is located in room 16 sq m) and create a walk-in closet in the square room (the one from 10.71 sq m).
