I hope that my design is to your liking, I proceed to explain some general features.
At the first level, I propose the creation of a light wall with a wooden structure, which can separate the staircase from the living space (you can see in the details that I have attached as a render, as well in the 3d file). The construction of this wall is relatively low cost and I think it is an excellent option to make better use of your interior space. On this wall I propose the space for television and its sound equipment, as well as a shelf that is functional to this space. Behind this wall, I propose a small cellar, to use this space and not leave it unused.
For the kitchen, I also propose the construction of a small wall for the kitchen, which has the function of preventing the kitchen from being seen from the living room (the small wall at the right). Likewise, I have made the design of the kitchen furniture, which you can see in more detail in the attached 3d file (Also in the same file you could see the desing of the bookcase, and the furniture of the living room area). Finally, continuing to the dining room, I propose the creation of a piece of furniture in which, in its lower part, it can be used to store household utensils, and in the upper part to store the books that you have.
On the second level I also propose to make a wooden-structure half-height wall that separates the staircase from the bedroom, and I continue to create a low cabinet for your television and utensils for daily use. I changed the location of the closet, since that way the bed would be centered on the cabinet with the television, as well as to have a larger space near the balcony, where it could be a space to sit and read.
