Apartment Complete Rehabilitation
Surface: APT1 90m²

Renovation
The major task is the creation of two bedrooms, 2 bathroom and a big day area.

APT1 29m²

Entrance/Corridor
A LITTLE CLOSET NEXT TO THE ENRANCE.

Bathroom for guest/daily use
A daily/guest bath with separated areas: wash basin, shower and toilet. It can be used by 3 people at the same time! Washing machine and dryer in the toilet area could be placed in the niches.

Night area
A loft like space. Bed area divided by living from a wall. I thought at this wall as an opaline one, to create privacy in case of 4 guests living in the apartment. Glass opal walls let the natural lights reach the entrance giving privacy and closet space.
Single Bedroom
A little single bedroom with all the accessories you need: desk, storage and the bed of course.
Master bedroom
An useful classical master bedroom. Wardrobe on each side of the bed for him and for her. Relax/reading corner.

Day area
In the day area I divided this big room BY A SEPARE' :
- kitchen: an exsquisite little kitchen on a line (through a shutter system totally hideable);
- living/sitting room: a rational living room, TV mounted on the wall;
- dining room: just perfect while eating/reading / working.
A long rectangular table for 6 people and more, with stools and a bench close to the wall. TV area in the big storage system. USEFUL BENCH.

2ND IDEA

Entrance/Corridor
A LITTLE CLOSET NEXT TO THE ENRANCE.

Bathroom for guest/daily use
A daily/guest bath with separated areas: wash basin, shower andThis is one of the main difference in this second solution. The toilet ( It can be used by 2 people at the same time) is in the day area! Washing machine and dryer in the toilet area could be placed in the niches.
Night area

Single Bedroom
A little single bedroom with all the accessories you need: desk, storage and the bed of course.
Master bedroom
Walkin closet for the 2nd idea. A wall divides bed sleeping area from the wardrobe.

Day area
A very very big rational day area.
- the kitchen is close to the staircase: an exsquisite little kitchen on a line (through a shutter system totally hideable);
- living/sitting room: a rational living room, TV mounted on the wall;
- dining room: just perfect while eating/reading / working; I suggest a round table and a storage system with pillars.

Upstairs
A playroom, a scondita bedroom, a study/working room. Many uses!!!

3RD IDEA
The main differences are a daily/guest bathroom close to the close kitchen. (You have an alternative: a larger kitchen and a bathroom less).

A little single bedroom with all the accessories you need: desk, storage and the bed of course.
Master bedroom
A suite like bedroom, fully natural light in all the areas. Big bed, library / wardrobe; private bath. Through a curtain system you can have light or not in the closet.

Day area
A very very big rational day area.
- the kitchen is close to the staircase: an exsquisite little kitchen on a line (through a shutter system totally hideable);

Laundry in the corner.

Lighting solution
Led led led.
Skylight effect in the bathroom using LED panels.
Led stripes in the kitchens, under the wall units.
Ceiling lamps on the tables.
Ground lamps near sofas/armchairs.

Direct natural light
Here in evidence the light paths.
It's very important to have the rooms lightened by natural light.
Also the glass walking closet in the master bedroom can provide you a closet well lightened even if there’s no window.
