Hello!! As you can see we propose a distribution similar of yours, we think that the laundry machine should be relocated to make the space look bigger and more illuminated.
We think it's not necessary to use tiles in the whole bathroom, just in the shower cabinet, and in the other walls you can use wallpaper or waterproof paintings (like Oikos), the bath will look more modern and besides you can save some money.
For the shower we propose glass divisions with some vinil or frosted texture to give privacy, but without loosing light in the second bath. The texture of the floor is wood (could be natural as teka or some PVC with wood appearance), is more comfortable specially in winter because the floor doesn't feel so cold.
We also propose you to use chrome plated accessories to create more points of light, this helps to make look bigger the space.
The colors palette is around warm colors in floor and walls (like beige and brown), that contrast with the white of the appliances and the chrome plated and also helps to create a more cozy environment.
