Description

Hello dear client
We are very happy to have participated in your contest.
We designed the house in such a way that you can divide the house into two separate houses with the least amount of damage and wall construction.
We have fixed the location of the kitchen and bathrooms in two designs in a fixed location to reduce the cost of your water and drainage pipes.
Also, we have considered the rooms that are going to be turned into bathrooms in the future as wardrobes so that you can have plumbing for them first.
In the original design (independent house) we separated the private and public sectors of the house.
We considered two entrances for the house, one for the private part and one for the public part of the house.
We considered a large kitchen with an island table, a pantry, and separated the kitchen from the other parts of the house with a glass door.
We had a door in the back of the kitchen to access the garden, and there we had a dining table with a barbecue.
We provided an ironing board and a wardrobe for the laundry room.
We considered the main bedroom to be equipped with a closet and a private bathroom.
On the second floor we envisioned a bathroom with two single bedrooms and a storage room.
We designed the house so that after converting the house into two separate houses, both houses have full facilities such as, kitchen with island counter and pantry / master bedroom with private bathroom / outdoor living room with barbecue / bathroom with laundry .
We used a combination of natural stone and wood for the design.
For flooring, we suggested two models of wood, dark and light colors.
We also suggested two color styles for the exterior.
We hope you enjoy our design
