The project was designed in a modern concept, using light colour and natural texture, creating a harmonious space. The layout was designed thinking for the best distribution of the space.
The ground floor and first floor, was thought in a way that the square meters was equal, projecting wide and comfortable spaces. The ground floor was projected for wide bedrooms, without interfere in the entrance for the first floor. Creating too separeted apartments.
Valuing the existing space, always thinking of a comfortable and cozy space to be used by residents.
