The design is based on clarity and functionality. The house is clearly divided in the living and the sleeping area. Living spaces comprise of a lounge, a dining area, a reading corner, a bar, a kitchen and a wc. The sleeping spaces comprise of two bedrooms, a master-bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a separate bathroom, a linen closet and a laundry closet. Enjoy!
(Notes regarding the plumbing pipes: The wc is placed so that the plumbing pipes go down the closets behind to the main pipes. In case circumstances are such that the wc cannot be realized, this space can be used as a wardrobe or storage, and the separate bathroom can be used as a wc. Lastly, the height of the apartment allows the floor to be elevated if needed for the drainage and pipes.)
