The design that I have developed for the "three-room apartment + studio flat" contest is very functional and makes the most of the space. I took into account all the requirements and wishes of the client, both in the distribution and in the selection of materials, colors, textures and furniture.
As requested by the client, on the first floor I located a small studio for rent, which is made up of a double bed, a bathroom with a dressing room, an area to watch television, a small kitchen with a large fridge. The kitchen can be hidden with doors when not in use. There is also a small table with two chairs, it serves both to eat and to place a computer and work there.
On this first floor there is also the main bedroom and a bathroom, but this belongs to the apartment on the second floor, it is accessed by a staircase.
The second floor is made up of a dining room with four seats, a sofa with a television area and in front an open kitchen. It also has a children's bedroom and a bathroom.

The most predominant material is wood and the colors used are grey, black and white.

It is a modern, sophisticated and very functional apartment.
