Firstly I'd like to thank you for have given us the opportunity to provide you with our ideas and suggestion to accomodate your needs.

Even though the project seemed pretty straightforward this doesn't mean it was easy.
Trying to accomodate the client needs turned to be an interesting challenge we were happy to take.
The project required, from our point of view, to be interesting and as much functional as possible. Reducing construction works was also another goal we wanted to achieve yet we came up with an extra solution for the studio flat that we decided to present in order, at least, to give the client an extra option to consider.
Regarding the latter, the two options provided, differ on whether the client is eager to have a more livable kitchen-living area (studio flat op.1), giving to the sleeping a so to speak secondary importance with a pull-down wall bed, or an all-in-one space (studio flat op.2) with separated, small and yet functional areas for each tasks (sleeping, dining, living), always ready-to-use.
Both solutions comprise a full size bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and basin. The laundry area is enclosed in a niche in order to not take space anywhere else.

For the three room apartment, the main focus was on the master bedroom located on the lower level and accessible, as requested by the client, only by a spiral staircase that had to be located in the most convenient area. The far corner was chosen, for it allowed us to create a corridor that also serves as access area to the children bedroom. The master bedroom, that's of a very good size, comprises a three pieces en-suite (shower, basin and wc) separated from the room by full height opaque tempered glass panels with a sliding door, a full size wardrobe and a double bed of course.
On the upper level, the living area is spacious, well proportioned and organized. At this level we find a fully fitted bathroom and a laundry area in the same position as the studio flat. On the other side of the floor, we decided to provide the client with two option for the children bedroom. The first option is a room for two children with plenty of storage (additional storage is placed above the long desk), and space for playing or studying.
In the second option we produced, the space of the bedroom was reduced to accomodate one child without compromising the livability with a full size wardrobe and a desk. Reducing the size resulted in having a larger corridor that allowed us to fit a floor to ceiling wardrobe-storage space, with an overhead section above the bedroom door.
