Space is divided into open space ( day zone) and more private area ( night zone).
Entrance is formed with custom furniture that need to be designed for maximal use of space ( no new walls except toilet wall).
There is toilet in the entrance area.
After entrance you come to corridor which is part of open space, divided from it with semi transparent custom furniture which can be used from lounge and from corridor, mixture of open shelves and closed cabinets (it should be carefully designed).
Open Space consists of kitchen, dining table and lounge. There wasn’t enough space for kitchen peninsula or island - the space would be too cramped.
Bedroom n. 7 is in the “day zone” and is quite small but it was the only place where we could have normal window/door to balcony. All the other windows are toilet size windows. This room can be guest room or study.
For better use of bathroom space bathroom n. 10 and laundry n. 9 are connected.
In bathroom n. 12 you can use space under the stairs for storage.
