Dear client, I tried to incorporate all your requirements as per your responses. Main entrance is still on the same spot, the small space near secondary entrance is used as laundry. I created an entry area with shoes cabinet and a wardrobe to store your coats. I included the sanitaires you mentioned in the bathroom, however for the larger bathroom, the space is still enough for bathtub and some storage areas. I also modified the staircase to the rooftop so it can be more convenient to use.

The difference between the two alternatives that I am proposing is in the location of the bedrooms facing the long balcony. In the first alternative I locate the bedrooms near the entrance then you will get larger living area but the position of the bedroom door is right on the entrance which may not be convenient for you. In this alternative, if you would like to use the rooftop as the extension of your living area, the staircase would be conveniently near to it. In the second alternative I locate the bedrooms near the staircase to the rooftop which may be more convenient regarding the closure of the bedroom doors and its proximity to the bathrooms but you will get smaller living area due to the positions of the windows.
