we tried to make some modifications to achieve neat and modern design that serve your needs
first:
1-the entrance , when you enter the house there is a storage for coats and shoes
2-then you have the office with a small bed , shelves and a desk beside the window this room can serve as an office and guest room
3- we opened the living and apart from kitchen so you have welcoming and spacious living
4- for the kitchen we added the part in the second entrance to creat a pantry and put the fridge with a hidden door that you have a picture in the ideas file
5 - we added a laundry room beside the bath to collect the wet area in one place and enlarged the bath to get better distribution for the fixtures
6- this place is divided from the bed rooms part by an arch to create a second suite for privacy
7 - there is a master bedroom with ensuite bath and dressing then we added a storage area before the bath as you needed a lot of storage
8- the other two bedrooms look over the balcony view
