Description

Given the fact that the entrance is quite big but also not very spacious we choose to transform it into a vivid part of the living area. That's why we finished it in white colors to make it seem larger and also to underline the effect of the art pieces which are continuously persieved as accents. The living is kind of cozy and the kitchen can be accessed both ways. We chose to have a wine-fridge towards the living but the kitchen area can also be more open if plants and fridge are relocated. this was the solution in order to gain a more spacious living and dining area. The red sofa is one of the centerpieces of the living area being the main accent and linking the other accents nd paintings trough subtle tones in furniture/ books in order to underline a second layer of the design.
The Bedroom is envisioned to be white with small accents and cozy carpets while the studio has been thought of as a more elegant room with concrete tones. The small bathroom can be finished with white slates maybe having the shower area (walls) finished with some wooden-like tiles in order to have an accent wall. The choice of a freestanding washbasin would be nice for this bathroom because it is quite small. The other bathroom is envisioned to have a combination of concrete like slabs and wooden like accents. The shower is indeed behind a washbasin thus creating a two area bathroom, and the shower can be finished with mirror like glass/ black glass or transparent one . There can also be hanging mirrors . The washbasin can also be placed near a wall as in the example listed in the fixtures list.
Furthermore the entrance area hosts two art scenes and all the drawers and seating necessary for a traditional hallway/ changing area. Speaking of which, there has been added a dressing with a clothes area and a shoes area towards the master bedroom. Given the fact that the bedroom is white this dressing can be finished with wood/ black elements having large open glazing towards the room and can be customized with led stripes- being the main character in this area. The home has a kind of a dual concept. The living area is quite cozy and unapologetic with warm tones and industrial vibe while the night area of the house is more elegant but keeping the same industrial tone with a tick of a more precious vibe.
