Trasformazione salotto in zona giorno con cucina

Come da richiesta del cliente, ho sviluppato un progetto di ristrutturazione e riorganizzazione degli spazi interni, inoltre, ho pensato a due progetti con due possibili soluzioni, per una futura condivisione dell’appartamento. Soprannominati “Prima Opzione” e “Seconda Opzione”
In entrambi i progetti PER LA ZONA GIORNO QUINDI CUCINA SOGGIORNO:
• ho trasformato l’attuale salotto in un’unica zona giorno con cucina, per sfruttare il maggiore spazio della stanza più grande e ho rimosso la porta tra ingresso e salotto per ottenere un accesso più aperto alla zona giorno;
• ho convertito l’attuale cucina in una piccola camera studio;
• Nella “prima opzione” mi sono permessa di spostare il tramezzo che separa la cucina dalla camera studio, per ampliare ancora di più lo spazio nell’open-space.
• Nella “seconda Opzione” invece, ho lasciato le pareti come da progetto iniziale.
• nella “prima opzione” ho spostato il tramezzo che divide l’attuale camera dalla parete cucina, stringendo la camera, per creare più spazio nella zona giorno.

PER LA ZONA BAGNI E LAVANDERIA:
• Nella “prima opzione” ho destinato il secondo bagno interno (quello più piccolo) a locale doccia/lavanderia, eliminando il WC.
• Nella seconda opzione, mi sono permessa di spostare il tramezzo che divide i due bagni, per renderli usufruibili entrambi, anche per una possibile condivisione futura.
Per quanto riguarda la camera da letto (padronale), non ho cambiato nulla, ma soltanto creato dei diversi rendering di stili.

As per the client's request, I developed a renovation and reorganization project for the interior spaces. I also developed two projects with two possible solutions for future apartment sharing. These projects are called "First Option" and "Second Option."
In both projects, FOR THE LIVING AREA, THEREFORE KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM:
• I transformed the current living room into a single living area with kitchen, to take advantage of the larger room's space, and I removed the door between the entrance and living room to create more open access to the living area;
• I converted the current kitchen into a small study;
• In the "first option," I took the liberty of moving the partition separating the kitchen from the study, further expanding the open-plan space.
• In the "second option," however, I left the walls as per the initial design.
• In the "first option," I moved the partition separating the current bedroom from the kitchen wall, narrowing the bedroom to create more space in the living area.

FOR THE BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY AREA:
• In the "first option," I converted the second ensuite bathroom (the smaller one) into a shower/laundry room, eliminating the toilet.
• In the second option, I took the liberty of moving the partition wall dividing the two bathrooms, making them both usable, even for a possible future sharing.
As for the master bedroom, I didn't change anything, just created different style renderings.
