The idea of my project is to give you a lot of space in the living room : i divided the space into two main areas the one with dining room and the other close to the balcony with the sofas; in the middle there is a fire place with some armchairs that warms all the big room.
The side of the window is framed with a lot of shelves for your book and in this frame find place also a desk where to work .
The kitchen is in contact with the living room , i decided to open a big sliding door in the main wall so it look like a entire big room but you can choose to close it , the kitchen has also a second private entrance from the corridor :there is a big peninsula an the table with the bench that you like for informal meals.
In the first floor i maintained the existing bathroom as it is, and i put close to it a coat hangers and a laundry place to use either as a closet room.
For the staircase i propose to change the carpet with a light beige color to modernize it.
The second floor has a guest room that can be used also like a studio or if you prefer use the last floor for that, i think could be e good idea , i tried to give to the kids same dimension of room, a big bathroom with shower and bathtub is in front of the master bedroom.
The master bedroom is lighted from all the windows that are in the front of the house and also a walk in closet, and another closet room is near the bathroom .
