We would like our rooftop terrace to be redesigned. The pergola can be changed and / or replaced but preferably not. Jacuzzi cannot be modified, at least not the original structure but lighting is allowed. Furniture can be replaced and / or rearranged. Take in consideration that this part of the house is very sunny. Windows cannot be moved or changed We would like to be able to receive at least 10 people that can be seated at any time
We would like to modify the fence to be higher, at least double the 37.75 current height
Privacy is needed for the jacuzzi area, basically between the 151 and 37.75 section
Take in consideration that we see the sunset from this fence so make sure to not block the complete view. The pullup bar cannot be removed
The countertop with sink can be changed. It should also have a BBQ and a brick oven. BBQ and brick oven can be modular, to move around the terrace. Would like to have some cabinets on this area to simulate a little kitchen.
