Transform My Town House And Little Yard Into An Exquisitly-mixed Modern Style( Put Some New Pics For Reference~ Thank U Guys~)

Ok, let us begin with the up-and-downs of this building. Upside is except one bathroom, every room has window, which make sure we have sufficient natural lights. And we have a little yard here. Downside is I really need a study in the first floor, so we have to ‘create more spaces’ on the first floor.
And talk about needs… en.
1)I want light, light, light.
2)I want some cubic design(I am not sure if it is the term~ feel free to contact me if you are not sure what I am talking about~) on celling,which could create beautiful light scheme afterwards. Meanwhile, please make these designs comparatively simple.
3)We had lots of greens with us, and I think my mum needs more. And I really…love sky planter… So, would you mind helping me to find their place in kitchen and/or living room?(We always use our own mint and rosemary).( Sound still need some work on celling ?)~
4)Wood floor, with heavy color. Not too red.
5)Simple and elegant wooden stairs.
6)Help us create as much storage room as possible!!! Mum sometimes… so indiscriminate in collecting…things.
Function of rooms:
1)The ground floor is living and dining room for my parents and a three-year-old Husky~who is apparently… naughty…~and sometimes, me and my husband live there. I want an exquisite style that creates a balance between traditional and modern, Eastern and Western. I mean, a touch of tradition within the frame of modern and simple. Well, sound so ambitious… but I believe it could be done with smart design.
2)My father needs a study on the first floor~ the study and the living room need as much natural light as it could be. Please do take advantage of all the balconies. windows…And I also want a drawing corner to put my easel and a small work station.(This is optional~)
3)We want book shelves… at least a full-wall size … too much books… and there will surely be more… It could be in the living room, or in study. Either will do.
4)The yard, help me plus a simple touch of Japanese Zen style. Stone, bamboo,wooden-paved roas
5)Help me create a walk-in closet in the biggest bedroom.
6)My husky baby deserve a decent corner in the living room, where he can nap… and nap…and nap… under the sun…(and then he can forget all those booties….)
7)And we need more plug bases in living room area.(dog fountain,play station… blah blah blah…)
Speak of furniture:
1)Modern outline with a touch of traditional Chinese.
2)Those main wooden pieces, like shelves or dinning table prefer them in deep color.sofa, we wanna a combination of soft linen modern sofa with simple line + some traditional rosewood pieces.(like pic 1)
3)Bedroom is all about closet… need really sweet and considerate design.
4)Simple bed frame.

Last but no least… PLEASE do keep all the furniture could be found in Shanghai,or could easily be shipped to Shanghai with a reasonable shipment price. My parents live in Shanghai and the villa is there.
