The concept behind my design of this project is contemporary modern architecture as seen in the creative open plan concepts, natural flow of spaces and most strikingly the use of glass flooring and glass floating staircases in line with your reference images.
In the upper floors I've created atriums for functionality in terms of light and ventilation but also to add a touch of class to the apartments by including interior balconies (glass floored) where the occupants can overlook & interact with others in the living area below.
The lowest headroom in the upper floor bedrooms and bathrooms is 1.0m which makes the spaces very comfortable to use. The rest of the hard to reach spaces due to roof height is creatively designed to be storage closets.
