Description

Dear sir, I am tried to provide the solution that corresponds to your request but I also gave my own personal vision. You will find in the attachment the drawings of two apartments. It is important to mentioned that my solution for your apartments is based on possibilities of the given space. The crucial spatial limits were; construction (primarily steel beams on columns), secondary wooden beams and its direction; windows size and position (authenticity of the facade), roof slope, position of the roof windows and height of the roof parapet wall. The position of vertical communications (stairs) is defined by beams (steel and wooden beams_two wooden raster can be moved to set stairs) and roof slopes and access to attic space (appropriate height). Due to the fact that the roof is slightly slanted and parapet walls are of small height, I have decided to add only one room in the attic in each apartment. The master bedroom is on the first floor. I hope that pictures provided will give you an idea of what I had in mined. Regards
