I would like to explain my perspective for each space:
Entrance:
In the right side of the entrance, there is a long cabinet start with storage for shoes and coats. It can be arranged for different purposes because it is huge enough. Also, the main board for electricity is hidden in that cabinet.
Kitchen & Living Room:
I wanted not to change the position of bathrooms and kitchen to be close to the existing service pipe but the position of the kitchen is vital. Because you are asking for an open kitchen and new position gives the feeling of a bigger living room. Whole space is divided into 3 by kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with tv unit. There are shelves and storages next to tv unit and storages continue in the entrance.
General Bathroom:
Sink, bath, toilet seats, and washing machine closet are close enough to previous positions of these fixtures and there would not be a sanitary problem.
Next to this bathroom, I propose a huge laundry closet at the end of the corridor. Washing machine, dryer, and some functional shelves are hidden inside this closet.
Master Bedroom:
I have added a hall of bedrooms to the master bedroom's area. And I have changed the form of the master bathroom to gain space for the walking closet area. There is a tv and dresser unit facing the bed.
Bedroom:
Changing the position of the door makes the bedroom more functional. Your existing huge cabinet can be located on the right side of the room. Thus, the person studying on the table or lying on the bed would take advantage of the sun.
