Per il restauro dell'appartamento al piano terra verrà realizzato un soggiorno open space con zona lounge, tavolo da pranzo rotondo e cucina. Sul lato cucina verrà ricavato un locale angolo cottura, l'ingresso principale dell'appartamento sarà sulla parete diagonale e sul lato saranno presenti scarpe e guardaroba. Nel corridoio verrà realizzata una cabina armadio. Sempre al piano terra verrà creata una stanza che servirà da studio o camera per gli ospiti per ricevere amici e parenti. Il piano superiore avrà 2 camere da letto, la camera matrimoniale sarà ampliata facendo scorrere il muro tra la camera e l'armadio, verrà ampliato anche il bagno per includere tutti i servizi a norma, sarà una camera con 2 letti per bambini realizzato con armadi e scrivania studio.
