It is chosen in the design phase to keep the size of the submitted project almost unchanged, with the exception of the wall between the bathroom of the master bedroom and the single room shifted by 10 cm towards the side of the room (in order to have a bath a bit 'more spacious of only 130 cm wide provided)
It has paid much more attention to the choice of finishes and exterior elevations in order to provide an attractive and modern product.

Si è scelto in fase progettuale di mantenere pressoché invariate le dimensioni del progetto presentato, ad eccezione del muro tra il bagno della camera padronale e la camera singola traslato di 10 cm verso il lato della camera (in modo da avere un bagno un po’ più spazioso dei soli 130 cm di larghezza previsti). Si è prestata una maggiore cura nella scelta delle finiture e dei prospetti esterni per poter fornire un prodotto accattivante e moderno.
