Description

The project was based on minimalism to accentuate views of surrounding nature.
The main focus for space development was family time. The family room and children's bedroom are visually and spatially connected to create a unified space in which the family can spend time. The children's room is separated into three areas: for studying, for sleeping and a game block that divides them. The game block a wooden custom made structure with different play spaces.
Master bedroom and bathroom were designed relative to the large window that defines the bedroom. The bathroom has a glass wall next to the bathtub oriented towards the bedroom view. The shower/sauna is backlit through a marble wall. The entrance was accentuated with a wooden hallway that gradually opens into a large space that is dominated by the bed.
The dining room, living room and the terrace create a unified space that is minimalistic and light to allow the artwork and the seaside view to stand out and be the main focus. The only prominent piece is a red table framed with a backlit alabaster wall.
On the opposite side of the hallway is a white kitchen with yellow accents equipped with all necessary appliances, a green wall and large storage spaces.
The second bedroom is currently a guest bedroom that can be changed in the future.
The entrance is minimal and accentuated with black table and large art piece.
