Per la realizzazione del progetto di arredo veranda si pensa di suddividere lo spazio in 2 aree funzionali principali separate tra loro. Un'area sarà ad uso ricreativo e per ospitare amici e parenti per varie attività come pranzo e cena, per ritrovarsi davanti alla TV per vedere partite e film. Quest'area avrà un'area con cucina esterna e grande tavolo da pranzo coperta da un pergolato che durante i mesi invernali sarà aperto e durante i mesi estivi verrà posizionata una tenda tra gli elementi del pergolato per creare ombra. questa zona avrà uno spazio relax con 2 comode poltrone e uno spazio lounge esterno con un grande divano a U che sarà orientato davanti a una TV o videoproiettore. , accanto alla zona lounge ci sarà lo spazio dedicato ai bambini con una sabbiera che avrà un coperchio e aprirà la serratura a piacimento e ci saranno anche altri giochi per bambini. Questo spazio è pensato per far giocare i bambini in silenzio sotto la supervisione di un adulto. L'altra zona sarà più intima dedicata alla famiglia e avrà spazio con poltrone e tavolino, una zona dove saranno sistemati i fondali per ricevere la luce del sole e in fondo sarà collocata una vasca idromassaggio, tutti e tre gli spazi saranno separati l'uno dall'altro altri da vasi di fiori per avere più privacy possibile. Lo spazio retrostante la veranda sarà uno spazio di servizio per tutta la casa con una parte dello spazio dedicata alla lavanderia e allo stoccaggio di vari oggetti domestici che non vengono utilizzati tutto l'anno. Lo spazio di collegamento tra le due diverse aree del balcone fungerà da corridoio con fiori decorativi esotici che saranno visibili dall'interno dell'appartamento.
