TERRACE IN MILAN

L'idea principale che lo Studio ha voluto portare avanti é stata quella di pensare lo spazio come una vera e propria stanza a cielo aperto. Questo ha comportato la scelta di un medesimo materiale: il legno. Dove é brise soleil, dove é pavimentazione, dove ancora diventa rivestimento. Il volume della scala diventa elemento regolare e regolatore dello spazio. Esso ci ha portati alla scelta, anzi pretesto di, non solo rivestirlo, ma nel contempo volume da vivere. Il suo rivestimento, seppur "leggero" ospita il vano per le docce, scomparti piú contenuti in soccorso alla cucina e un piccolo ambiente dove poter ricoverare qualche attrezzo. Chiuse tutte le ante deve diventare in monolite puro. Questa doppia pelle dogata segna il linguaggio del resto di tutto l'ambiente.
Il confine lo abbiamo pensato come un filtro non per niente serrato verso l'esterno, ma sufficiente a conservare la privacy. Il pannello che corre lungo il perimetro incontra delle variazioni: i comignoli. Essi sono stati esclusi dall'ambiente visivo ed hanno comportato un movimento che ci ha interessato. Questa piega che si é generata ha portato con sé anche la seduta fissa ed ha agevolato il pensiero dei tanti piccoli luoghi di conversazione. Mentre ad est, il lato cucina, abbiamo preferito aprire pur mantenendo una barriera di vetro.
La cucina ed il barbecue sono in muratura pensati a loro volta per poter essere protetti durante la stagione umida. Lo spazio é comodo per poter ospitare un tavolo da otto persone. Questo rettangolo é sovrastato da un pergolato in ferro, ma che non vuole intaccare il disegno del monolite rimanendo piú alto quasi come una piccola nuvola che dá ombra.
La pavimentazione non poteva essere che in legno come tutto il resto, avvitata tutta ai controtravetti sottostanti.
Lo spazio antitetico é caratterizzato dalla vasca con idromassaggio su misura e che dá conto sia alla quota di calpestío sia al suo colmo. Questo determina il piano del prato e del riposo al sole.
Certo é che abbiamo pensato anche ad una illuminazione per la sera molto soft: dai fari a terra, alla strip led sotto un taglio alla base della lunga seduta, fino a quelli piú diretti agganciati alla struttura ferrea.

Qualche accorgimento in più.
Il monolite di cui sopra ha un'altezza atta a non fare percepire visivamente il colmo della falda del vano scala quasi a farlo scomparire, quindi questo puó variare (a rialzo di qualche decimetro) in fase di cantiere.
La ringhiera che corre sul parapetto lungo il perimetro ci é stata d'ausilio come supporto strutturale, esso, infatti, avrá punti di connessione (saldature) con i giunti a C che tengono fermi i sostegni verticali, come dalla parte opposta il telaio a C rovescia che contiene i vetri. Questi dettagli sono spiegati nella tavola 2.
La seduta pensata in muratura ma con la finitura di una resina grigia, facile da pulire e pronta per essere arricchita da cuscini.
Le ante del blocco centrale sono aperte a spinta e chiuse da un sistema magnetico facile da installare con maniglie e scomparsa o addirittura assenti.
Certo é che, qualora la committenza lo volesse, si potrebbe variare qualcosa come la qualitá del legno o la tipologia di erba per l'esterno (noi consigliamo la gramigna), tutto in base al budget o al tempo a disposizione.

Questo é il nostro pensiero di piccolo spazio aperto ed accogliente.

TERRACE IN MILAN

The main idea that the Studio wanted to pursue was to think of space as a veritable open-air room. This resulted in the choice of the same material: wood. Where is louvers where it still flooring, where it becomes. The volume of the scale becomes regular element and space control. It took us the choice, rather a pretext for not only covered but at the same time volume.His jacket, though "light" contains the compartment for the showers, most magazines are contained to the rescue to the kitchen and a small environment where to hospitalize some tool. Shut all the doors should be in pure monolith. This double slatted skin marks the language of the rest of the environment.The border we thought of as a filter for anything not bolted to the outside, but sufficient to maintain privacy. The Panel that runs along the perimeter meets the variations: the chimneys. They were excluded from the Visual environment and have led to a movement that has us concerned. This fold that has been generated has carried fixed seat and also facilitated the thought of many small points of conversation.While to the East, side kitchen, we preferred open while keeping a glass barrier. The kitchen and the barbecue are in masonry designed to turn in order to be protected during the wet season. The space is comfortable in order to accommodate a table for eight people. This rectangle is surmounted by an iron Pergola, but that will not affect the remaining highest monolith almost like a small cloud that gives shade.The floor could not be made like everything else, screwed all the underlying controtravetti. The opposite of this is characterized by the Jacuzzi and that gives both calpestío share is at its height. This determines the lawn plan and the rest in the Sun.Certain is that we thought even for evening illumination very soft: headlights on the ground, under a cut led strips at the base of the long session, up to those more directly engaged in the iron structure.Some trick.
