in this 65 mq penthouse from wich yuo can see the sea, we live in three adults (2+1) 4 cats and 1 dog. over the years the requirements have changed and the spaces were occupied in a disorderly manner, besides the splendid terrace of 70 mq is underutilized so now, beyond the living room and the two bedrooms we feel the needs to:
a study area strictly closed to all my hobbies (photografy, sewing, jewerly creation)

kitchen preferably separated to avoid animals with stained glass
use in all season the big terrace surronding the house
