The project provides demolition and contruction of internal partition walls, in order to obtain a final apartment consisting of a living room with a cooking area, a studyroom, two bedrooms, bathroom and laundryroom.
This internal distribution needs the ricollocation of the entrance door to get a laundry space, reducing the hallway.
The study/hobby room is directly communicating with the livingroom but they can be separated by a sliding wall.
The kitchen is organized into two blocks: one with columns set in the walls (with household appliances) and the other with sink/cookers combined with the living area.
To improve the use of the terrace, the installation of a pergola
situated in front of the livingroom window is suggested; in this way,
a dining room, protected by sunlight, can be created outside.
