Dear Client, thank you for the opportunity to design your beautiful home. After analized and studied your needs and the apartment's existing, I proposed 4 alternative designs for first floor, and one design for attic floor. All alternative designs have same layout of bathrooms, master bedroom, and walk-in closet. In the alternative 1, 2 , and 3 designs, I proposed laundry room between the bathrooms, while in the alternative 4 design, I proposed small laundry room right before enter the bathroom. In the alternative 1 design, I proposed kitchen right after enter the apartment, with small round dining table. I also proposed proper dining room with long dining table in the room where the kitchen existed.

In ther alternative 2 design, I proposed long kitchen island, and bigger round dining table next to the kitchen. I proposed living room in the position where kitchen existed.

In the alternative 3 design, I do not extremely changed the living room, kitchen and dining room existing position. I just opened it, and proposed laundry room between the bathrooms.

In the alternative design 4, I proposed another seating area or family room with fireplace, which have access to the balcony.

In attic floor, I proposed bedrooms and bathroom as you need. I also proposed uncovered wood deck terrace for jaccuzzi, seating area, and barbeque space/grill.
