Ciao caro cliente, come stai? Vorrei iniziare ringraziandovi per l'opportunità di partecipare a questo progetto. È stata una sfida eccellente, tenendo sempre conto delle vostre richieste e necessità. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!
Appena entrati nell'appartamento, si nota un ingresso molto moderno e si intravede già un po' la zona sociale della casa.
In questa zona sociale, vediamo un grande tavolo da pranzo, con spazio per 10 posti a sedere (perfetto per ricevere un buon gruppo di amici), e accanto un divano modulare, che è regolabile e può cambiare facilmente la sua forma. Questo divano si affaccia sulla parete dove sono stati installati un grande televisore, uno scaffale e una mensola decorativa.
Dall'altra parte del tavolo da pranzo, vediamo un pannello di vetro, che ha la funzione di delimitare gli ambienti sociali da quelli di servizio, come ad esempio la cucina.
In cucina, la disposizione della maggior parte dei mobili è rimasta invariata, solo il colore è stato cambiato in bianco, conferendo così un'estetica più pulita all'ambiente. Inoltre, una delle pareti era rivestita in legno, che è diventato un luogo perfetto per inserire quadri decorativi e rendere l'ambiente più moderno e personalizzato.
La porta che dà accesso alla camera da letto e al bagno, dà anche accesso a un piccolo corridoio, dove è stata costruita una lavatrice, per sfruttare meglio lo spazio e lasciarlo più nascosto dalla zona sociale.
Il bagno è stato riformato e ampliato, diventando un ambiente super spazioso e moderno. Sono stati cambiati tutti i rivestimenti e anche la posizione della finestra.
La camera da letto dispone di un ampio letto matrimoniale e di un eccellente pannello TV, perfetto per i momenti di riposo e svago in solitudine. L'ambiente era ben organizzato e lo spazio era ottimizzato.
Abbiamo utilizzato toni più neutri, in contrasto con una tonalità di blu più grigiastra. La presenza del bianco e del nero insieme al legno ha conferito all'intero appartamento un'aria sofisticata e confortevole.
Come ho detto all'inizio, è stata una sfida fantastica progettare questa casa, potete essere certi che ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per servirvi al meglio. Hello dear client, how are you? I would like to start by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project. It was an excellent challenge, always taking into account your requests and needs. I was very happy with the final result and hope you like it too!
As soon as we enter the apartment, we see a very modern entrance hall and already catch a glimpse of the social area of the house.
In this social area, we see a large dining table, with room for 10 seats (perfect for receiving a good group of friends), and next to it a modular sofa, which is adjustable and can easily change its shape. This sofa faces the wall where a large TV set, a bookshelf and a decorative shelf have been installed.
On the other side of the dining table, we see a glass panel, which serves the function of demarcating the social rooms from the service rooms, such as the kitchen.
In the kitchen, the arrangement of most of the furniture remained unchanged, only the color was changed to white, thus giving the room a cleaner aesthetic. In addition, one of the walls was covered with wood, which became a perfect place to place decorative pictures and make the room more modern and personalized.
The door that gives access to the bedroom and bathroom, also gives access to a small hallway, where a washing machine was built, to make better use of the space and leave it more hidden from the social area.
The bathroom was reformed and expanded, becoming a super spacious and modern room. All the wall coverings were changed and also the position of the window.
The bedroom has a large double bed and an excellent TV panel, perfect for moments of rest and recreation in solitude. The room was well organized and the space was optimized.
We used more neutral tones, contrasting with a more grayish shade of blue. The presence of black and white along with wood gave the whole apartment a sophisticated and comfortable air.
As I said at the beginning, it was a fantastic challenge to design this home, you can be sure that every detail was thought out to serve you well.
