I’m Roberto, I’m 42 and I’m single. I bought the house for the very large spaces in the living area, in fact I like organizing dinners with friends and relatives and watching football matches.
The house is 75 m2 and is located on the third floor. The area is very quiet as it is close to Parco Sempione.
I don’t think it’s the definitive house, I think I will live in this house for a maximum of 2-3 years so I don’t want the renovation to have high costs. I have just signed up for all the fixtures to be replaced, the new fixtures will be white pvc both internally and externally. I would like to keep the solid wood parquet present in continuity from the entrance of the house to the living room to get to the bedroom.
I would like to completely redo the bathroom. At the moment it seems small to me and if there was the possibility to enlarge it it would be perfect, but even so it could be fine. In the hallway of the bathroom in a piece of furniture there is a washing machine.
In the bedroom there is currently a walk-in closet that I would like to keep and then in front of the bed to put a 40-inch TV.
The kitchen has all the custom-made furniture and they are still new and perfect, the problem is the colour: they are currently Milan yellow (as are most of the walls of the furniture) but I would like to cover them with a film or paint them.
In the room I would like a large table to accommodate up to 12-13 people with chairs to be used later if necessary. I would like the sofa to be very large with a peninsula and on the opposite wall minimal furniture with a 65″ television that can be seen from the sofa and the dining table.
I’d like to combine a classic modern style with the fabric sofa.
My maximum budget is 25,000 euros.

Soy Roberto, tengo 42 años y estoy soltero. Compré la casa por los amplios espacios de la zona de estar, de hecho me gusta celebrar cenas con amigos y familiares y ver partidos de fútbol.
La casa tiene 75 metros cuadrados y está situada en la tercera planta. La zona es muy tranquila, ya que está cerca del parque Sempione.
No creo que sea la casa definitiva, creo que viviré en esta casa como mucho 2-3 años, así que no quiero que la reforma sea cara. Acabo de firmar la sustitución de todos los marcos de las ventanas, los nuevos marcos serán de pvc blanco tanto interior como exteriormente. Me gustaría conservar el parquet de madera maciza existente desde la entrada al salón hasta el dormitorio.
Me gustaría rehacer completamente el cuarto de baño. De momento me parece pequeño y si existiera la posibilidad de ampliarlo sería perfecto, pero aun así podría estar bien. En el pasillo del cuarto de baño hay una lavadora en un armario con puerta.
En el dormitorio hay actualmente un vestidor que me gustaría conservar y luego delante de la cama poner una televisión de 40 pulgadas.
La cocina tiene todos los muebles hechos a medida y aún están nuevos y perfectos, el problema es el color: actualmente son amarillo Milán (como la mayoría de las paredes de los muebles) pero me gustaría cubrirlos con un film o pintarlos.
En la sala de estar me gustaría una gran mesa para 12-13 personas con sillas para su uso posterior si es necesario. Me gustaría tener un sofá muy grande con una península y en la pared de enfrente muebles minimal con una televisión de 65″ que se vea desde el sofá y la mesa de comedor.
Me gustaría combinar un estilo clásico moderno con el sofá de tela.
Mi presupuesto máximo es de 25000 euros.

Sono Roberto, ho 42 anni e sono single. Ho acquistato la casa per gli spazi molto grandi della zona giorno infatti mi piace organizzare cene con gli amici e parenti e guardare le partite di calcio.
La casa è di 75 mq e si trova al terzo piano. La zona è molto tranquilla in quanto vicina al Parco Sempione.
Non penso che sia la casa definitiva, penso che abiterò in questa casa al massimo 2-3 anni quindi non vorrei che la ristrutturazione abbia dei costi alti. Ho appena firmato per la sostituzione di tutti gli infissi, i nuovi infissi saranno in pvc bianco sia internamente che all’esterno. Vorrei mantenere il parquet in legno massello presente in continuità dall’ingresso dell’abitazione fino al soggiorno per arrivare in camera da letto.
Vorrei rifare completamente il bagno. Al momento mi sembra piccolo e se ci fosse la possibilità di ingrandirlo sarebbe perfetto, ma anche così potrebbe andare bene. Nel disimpegno del bagno in un mobile ad anta c’è la lavatrice.
In camera da letto al momento è presente una cabina armadio che vorrei mantenere e poi di fronte al letto mettere un televisore da 40 pollici.
La cucina ha tutto il mobilio su misura e sono ancora nuovi e perfetti, il problema è il colore: attualmente sono di colore giallo Milano (cosi come la maggior parte delle pareti del mobilio) ma vorrei coprirle con una pellicola o verniciandoli.
Nella sala vorrei un tavolo grande per accogliere fino a 12-13 persone con delle sedie da utilizzare poi all’occorrenza. Il divano lo vorrei molto grande con una penisola e sulla parete opposta il mobilio minimal con un televisore da 65″ che si possa vedere dal divano e dal tavolo da pranzo.
Mi piacerebbe coniugare uno stile classico moderno con il divano in tessuto.
Il mio budget massimo è di 25000 euro.
