Considering that you plan to live in this house for a short period of time, I tried to do my design with few changes and keeping most of the existing walls intact.
In order to increase the dimensions of the bathroom and modify the inappropriate part of the entrance to the bedroom, I modified part of the walls of the bathroom and the entrance.
I made the bathroom a little bigger.
I made the dimensions of the kitchen a little bigger and provided a peninsula counter.
I assumed the kitchen cabinets to be fixed and only changed their color and envisioned a new cupboard above the gas stove.
I considered a hidden folding door for the kitchen entrance.
I suggested a folding table for dining table, which can be used for three different sizes, which you can plan according to the number of your guests.
I used the combination of bright colors for the house to make the house look bigger.
I put the model and website of buying furniture in the relevant file and provided several renderings to choose the color of the furniture.
