Winery Renovation Proposal

Dear Client,

We appreciate the opportunity to collaborate on the renovation of your cellar into a winery. As part of the overall design concept, we have aimed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for gatherings with friends. To achieve this, we have incorporated elegant red wine-colored panels, which complement the exposed brick walls beautifully. The combination of these elements, along with smooth, soft wood paneling, enhances the space's warmth and sophistication.

Additionally, the existing columns have been repurposed as partition walls, providing both structural definition and functional storage within a compact service area. The kitchen will remain in its current location; however, our proposed solution optimizes its layout, making it more efficient while reducing its footprint.

Maximizing storage was a key priority, and we have included ample shelving and integrated niches for easy organization. At the heart of the space, a large dining table accommodates 10–12 guests comfortably, with a mix of chair styles to add character. If an air connection is feasible, a stove can be seamlessly integrated into the entrance wall.

Furthermore, we have designated a space between the doors for visitor coat storage, ensuring both practicality and aesthetic coherence.
