Project Statement for Tavern (Torna) Design
The aim of this project is to create a warm, inviting, and intimate space for hosting friends and tasting wines. In this design, the walls are covered with rustic-style brick, and the ceiling features wooden beams to create a natural, cozy atmosphere. The flooring is made of stone-patterned tiles in warm and light tones, which harmonize with the other design elements.
A wooden table with seating for 1-2 people is designed for the comfort of guests, and a wine storage area (cellar) made of wood is included to add depth and charm to the tavern space. To enhance the aesthetic appeal and light play, light, airy, and perforated ceiling lamps are used to create a unique light pattern, making the space even more captivating.
In this design, Accent Color is used to add variety and energy to the space. Red cushions and artwork with contrasting colors are strategically placed to create focal points, drawing attention and enriching the overall atmosphere. These warm and vibrant colors contrast with the natural and softer tones of the wood and brick, making the tavern a dynamic and pleasant place.
