Il progetto che propongo prevede la suddivisione dello spazio a disposizione in tre parti: una prima zona verso l'ingresso (via XXIV maggio), una seconda nella parte centrale e una terza area che affaccia sul balcone (via Massangioli).
Nel contest si chiede un progetto che si adatti a due situazioni; una versione “tv and playing rooms” con sala gioco e sala tv e, inoltre, una soluzione “Bed & Breakfast” per ospitare qualche amico.
Innanzitutto ho mantenuto entrambi gli ingressi da via XXIV maggio in modo da consentire piena autonomia al B&B con un ingresso dedicato, mentre ho creato una nuova porta interna appena prima delle scale per i livelli superiori in modo che sia comodo l'accesso ai locali nella versione “tv and playing rooms”; nella versione “B&B” questa porta verrà chiusa.
Nella prima zona ho inserito la zona “gioco” per la versione “tv and playing rooms” e la zona living per la versione “B&B”; quest'area ha una piccola zona cucina (monoblocco completo di tutte le funzioni), un comodo tavolo,il camino, il mobile tv e un piano di servizio (appoggio valigia). Nel sottoscala ho previsto un deposito.
Nella zona centrale, che rimane identica per entrambe le versioni, ho creato un'area disimpegno (che ha la funzione anche di cabina armadio) e un nuovo bagno compatto ma completo di tutti gli elementi; all'occorrenza questa zona può essere isolata dalle altre due zone con due porte scorrevoli.
Nella terza zona è prevista la sala tv (con divano-letto due posti e quattro sedie) oppure, nella versione “B&B”, il divano si trasforma in letto e consente di trasformare la sala tv in una comoda camera da letto.

The project I propose provides for the division of available space in three parts: a first area towards the entrance (via XXIV maggio), a second one in the central part and a third area overlooking the balcony (via Massangioli).
The contest asks for a project that is suitable for two situations; a "tv and playing rooms" version with a game room and TV room and a "Bed & Breakfast" solution to host some friends.
First of all, I kept both entrances from via XXIV maggio in order to allow full autonomy to the B&B with a dedicated entrance, while I created a new interior door just before the stairs to the upper levels so that it is convenient to access the rooms in the version "Tv and playing rooms"; in the "B&B" version this door will be closed.
In the first area I placed the "game" area for the "tv and playing rooms" version and the living area for the "B&B" version; this area has a small kitchen area (complete unit with all the functions), a comfortable table, a fireplace, a TV cabinet and a service table (suitcase support). Under the stairs I provided a store.
In the central area, which remains the same for both versions, I created a hallway area (which can be also a walk-in closet) and a new compact bathroom, complete with all the elements; if necessary, this area can be isolated from the other two areas with two sliding doors.
In the third area there is a TV room (with a two-seats sofa and four chairs) or, in the "B&B" version, the sofa turns into a bed and transforms the TV room into a comfortable bedroom.
