We are very sad to see that you could not buy your favorite house. With this in mind, we tried to create a new house for you in the design with the least changes, so that you can feel like you are in a new house after renovation. We moved the master bedroom to the dressing room and opened the door of one of the bathrooms to the master bedroom. We moved the child's bedroom to the master bedroom. We changed the dimensions of the rooms and made the study room a little smaller and added to the dimensions of the other rooms. With these changes, we have a room with a master bathroom, and now the bedrooms are next to each other and have access to the terrace. We put a sofa bed in the study room that can be used by potential guests. Due to the fact that the kitchen cabinets were safe and in good condition, we did not change them. We designed a bio-ethanol fireplace without a chimney on the TV table. We used light and neutral colors and wood to choose the furniture and colors of the room. We put a small cupboard next to the front door for use. In some parts of the house we used linear LED lights. We placed a three-person sofa on both terraces for family use.
We have also proposed a second plan based on your request to move the child's bedroom to the dressing room.
