INTRODUCTION
Home is a place to live and relax. For this purpose to be appropriate to its inhabitants. Here we are facing a house that needs a few changes to become such a place. Changing the layout of the spaces, having an independent laundry and adding a bathroom to the bedroom are the changes that are necessary for this purpose. The exact answer to each of these changes can have countless solutions, and usually the best solution comes from interaction and dialogue with the end user, which is the criterion for understanding the needs that the design is designed to respond to. This is not possible in the form of an online contest, so we decided to offer you what is best for each space in the form of two optimal options so that we can accompany you in the most accurate way possible to achieve what you need. Each of the changes in different spaces in these two options has a different shape, which is explained in detail. Obviously, you can combine the different features of these two options and get the answer you want, but we have summarized them in these two options to avoid prolonging and repeating the topic. We strive to accompany you in achieving the best environment for your family to live, because proper housing is one of the basic needs of human beings and has a direct impact on your quality of life

ALTERNATIVE 1
ENTERANCE
Next to the entrance, we have installed a closet for you to store clothes and accessories that you bring with you from home, such as coats, umbrellas, and the like. This closet also creates a space for entering the house, and by creating a suitable space hierarchy, it prevents us from entering the living room suddenly and directly from the outside.
KITCHEN
Right next to the entrance, where it used to be, is the best place for the kitchen. You can easily and quickly transfer your purchases here. We suggest you create an island that can accommodate a stove and several chairs and make it possible to work in the kitchen while interacting with people in other spaces in the house. The island also provides direct access to lunch. The refrigerator is considered as the most visited equipment in the kitchen next to the entrance of it and the sink is located next to the window.
DINNING
Dinning is located right next to the kitchen to be easily connected to it. We also suggest a shelf all over the kitchen cabinets that can be a good space to create a décor and storage of your dishes and accessories.
LIVING ROOM
Next to the fireplace and in close proximity to the kitchen, where access to natural light is the best place for the family to get together.
TV ROOM
The bathroom wall seems to be a good place to install the TV and create a small living room to watch TV.
LAUNDRY
The large space of the bathroom allows us to dedicate part of it to a not so large independent laundry, but with reasonable, appropriate and standard dimensions
BATHROOM
The main bathroom space of the house remains suitable and large, and it is possible to place a bathtub for bathing.
STUDIO
Although you have emphasized that you want to keep this space as before, but we suggest that you consider that creating a bathroom for the adjoining room will make this space somewhat involved in the reconstruction process, by removing the triangular space. Introduced as RIP (we do not really know what it is used for) from that corner and move it to the bathroom space to get a good space to put a few chairs in your office. In the previous case, most of the space is dedicated to circulation and movement, and the diagonal wall and the furniture space do not allow the optimal use of space.
BEDROOMS
We left the larger bedroom as it is and just tried to find a suitable layout for the bathroom and a space for the closet.
In the case of your child's bedroom, we added a small, convenient bathroom to your liking. We also provided space for a closet next to the entrance.

ALTERNATIVE 2
ENTERANCE and LIVNG ROOM
These two spaces in this plan are similar to the first alternative.
KITCHEN
In this alternative in the kitchen, to prevent the installation and placement of the fan on the top of the island, we removed it from the island and placed it in the wing of an L-shaped cabinet.
TV/FAMILY ROOM
Another option that can be used to make better use of space is to create a family living space with a TV next to the kitchen. It all depends on your lifestyle. It may be a priority for you to have an cozy and relax space to watch TV near the kitchen instead of dining here.
DINNING
Due to the new TV/family room, dining room has been moved to the space adjacent to the main living room of the home.
BATHROOM
Although the size of the existing bathroom is large, but the fact that it has access to the corridor only from its width makes the only solution to create laundry in this space will be its division by width. Due to the long length and low width, the space will not be ideal in terms of fit. Length division, which creates better spaces for use, is only possible if the space door opens not in the hallway but in the public space (dining room in this plan) or in the bedroom. Opening the door in a public space damages the space and creates a path of movement and makes the furniture of the space difficult, so the best option is to allocate this space to the bedroom bathroom and thus to allocate the former bathroom room to the laundry. As a result, we will have a larger laundry room. Also, the bathroom and the bathroom space will have more appropriate proportions.
LAUNDRY
Converting a larger bedroom bathroom to a laundry room makes the laundry room more spacious.
STUDIO
Similar to the first alternative, the triangular space has been removed, but here, assuming that the RIP space can be completely removed and replaced by a closet, more space is allocated to the smaller bedroom bathroom.
BEDROOMS
The larger bedroom will have less space for the closet due to the relocation of the bathroom. In a smaller bedroom, there is more space left for furniture due to the deformation and the entrance to the bathroom.
