PLANNING STRATEGIES :
1. For the lower floor plan as per client’s requirement we have given a master bedroom with attached dressing & bathroom units.
2. Master is situated near the entry corridor and bathroom is channelized with proper ventilation. The only addition on the bathroom windows has to make is to add frosted filming. (which is a good cost effective technique to maintain privacy)
3. Living room is in the middle of both the bedrooms to have an interaction space at the heart of the apartment. It is also acting as a node, from where people can transit anywhere, as this space is also connected with the stairs for the attic (upper floor).
4. There is a bathroom connected with this living room, At the last a bedroom is placed having cupboard for storage purpose.
5. At the upper floor there is kitchen area with powder room, washing space and also dinning space.
