Casa di vacanze per ospitare con 2 camere da letto di cui anche una più piccola ed altra con porte scorrevoli per avereevenualmene living più ampio e 2 bagni più living su un piano - cucina e bagnetto al piano superiore cui si accede al terrazzo. vorrei spazio sufficiente per armadi e ripostigli seppur piccoli per scope, dispensa ed eventuali , lavatrice e lavastoviglie- ho bisogno URGENTISSIMO di ricevere info - nella piantina la casa che mi interessa è il B, lato sinistra è panoramico- al momento è tutto da ristrutturare, non ci sono tramezzi. La mia idea di design è classico ma fresco e pulito.
It's a summer home where I can have guest therefore I need two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a living room on one floor, the largest, I would like a kitchen and a very samll bathroom on the smallest floor that has access to a nice and panoramic terrace.
One of the bedrooms could have a sliding door that faces the living room to make the living room bigger.
I would like a comfortable home with closets and storage space, washing machine and dishwasher, space for brooms and other utensils. The map shows 2 apartments, A and B, the one I am interested in is B.
My style is classical but fresh and neat. I need projects as soon as possible, cannot wait. Thank you
