Two apartments with an total area of about 130m2 were formed with this concept.
Apartment 1: Upon entering this apartment, you walk into the small hallway, and then in to the open space of kitchen/ dinning /living room. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and built-in washing machine. Apartment has two bathrooms and both are connected to bedrooms. One of this bathrooms also has entrance from the open space area, so the guests can use it. The living room zone leads to the spacious terrace facing the the inner courtyard. This terrace can also be used as open dining and lounge area. The night zone has two smaller bedrooms with double bed 140cm wide, bridge closet and a small desk. All bedrooms have access to the other terrace which is divided from second apartment terrace area with light wooden fence in full height.
Apartment 2: This apartment is smaller then the previous one. It consists of a small hallway on the entrance, which leads to all other rooms in the apartment. Living room is in the same area with kitchen and small dining. This room has exit to the small part of the terrace. From the hallway you can also reach walk-in closet and laundry room. This apartment has bigger bedroom then previous one. The bedroom contains a double bed 180cm wide, a wardrobe along the entire wall and a work desk.
The materials used in the project are natural oak wood, marble, white, black, gray and pastel tones of the furniture. The design is classically modern and minimal.
