Project description:
For this renovation, I proposal to have all the best part of the house, which is having good view and sunlight along the South-East part of the house to arrange your main apartment; and take the small part, which has view to the back balcony for a room rental (or hosting guest).
1. You will find that we have a foyer to separate the entrance to room rental and your apartment to make it more private.
2. I propose to cut open some doors (which have been closed) to connect the flowing. Dining room and living room are placed in the central area, connects directly to the kitchen on the top and the master bedroom on the bottom.
- The kitchen is large, and can place a small tea break area in side the room.
- I propose to have a small powder room at the private foyer to make it more convenient for usage if we has guest in house.
3. The master bedroom is arranged in the way to maximize the living experience. We have a study/ relax room (that connects to the living room) where you can decorate as a home office or reading lounge or just relaxing area to enjoy the view. We have a large walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. The sleep area is spacious and having an in-room sofa.
4. The room rental is 18.2 m2, having an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette and long wardrobe. We can have sofa-bed or single bed for this room depend on the need.
