Hello, I’ve registered on CoContest because I like challenge.
I imagine my little, one bedroom apartment transformed into a large suite with a private bathroom and a kitchen.
The apartment is for investment and I would like to use it for short term rentals, trying to promote the renovation of the bedroom and the bathroom, creating an exclusive sleeping area like a real 5-star suites.
My preference is for a contemporary design but also a loft-like industrial design; king-size bed or two beds to be joined with large mattresses, custom cabinets and a small desk for business users.
For the finishing of floors and walls everything is ok, except for the natural parquet.
It’s important that the materials that are used are easy to clean. Insert of a single sofa bed in the living area kitchen. Regarding the installation systems, there will be no longer Gas but only the Electrical system for heating and domestic hot water.
The measures of the windows are in the living area kitchen (90×210) and in the bedroom (100×210).
The bathroom window is installed at about 2mt. from the ground. The height in all rooms is 3.30mt. as displayed on the plan.
