The space has functionally remained divided in three different areas: living area with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. While the living area and kitchen have not changed their position, the bathroom walls were removed in order to design space which is more functional, especially for bedroom area.

The vertical wooden partition was used in intension to partly separate entrance area and to create an interesting detail in space. We remain the dimensions of your new kitchen elements, and therefore there is no need for extra investments. The wall niche is now a bit smaller, but there is still enough space for semi-opened storage.

The wall between bedroom and bathroom is combination of solid walls and translucent glass partitions. Also, the part of wall is covered in mirror, and the niche was designed for closed storage.

The proposed materials are combination of natural materials and materials which are easy to clean. Because of your concerns the ceramic tiles were used for flooring, and for walls in the bathroom.

The furniture was chosen with the idea of modern and interesting Italian contemporary design. Those are mostly best quality brands, but if the price range is higher than budget, there are some alternatives available with similar design.
