CONCEPT
Partendo dalla richiesta di un ambiente in stile industriale, il progetto si propone di raggiungere nel miglior modo possibile un'affinità di temi e stilemi (quali mattoni a vista, pavimentazioni da magazzino, elementi vintage, ed elementi neo classici) che sono soliti ricorrere in questa tipologia compositiva. Tale obbiettivo è perpetrato inoltre cercando di porre particolare attenzione ai costi, in quanto la natura della funzione svolta dal locale è di tipo temporaneo e non stanziale, rivolta inoltre a terze parti.

LO SPAZIO
Nella ripartizione degli spazi si è scelto per la zona living una soluzione con penisola, così da liberare lo spazio per poter creare un ambiente più accogliente, ed eliminare quel percorso in linea che si era formato con la cucina posta lungo la parete, che non lasciava altre soluzioni che quelle sul muro opposto.
Inoltre considerata la natura della cucina a disposizione (che era prevista lungo il muro) ho ritenuto opportuno posizionarvi un bancone rialzato rispetto a quello del lavello così da poter coprire il lato posteriore (non progettato per essere a vista); la realizzazione del predetto bancone è pensata posizionando due muretti in mattoni a vista come spalle del pianale ed uno frontale di chiusura del lato posteriore della cucina, che allo stesso tempo fungerà anche da paraschizzi per il lavello.

Il bagno, di dimensioni modeste, prevede attraverso lo sfruttamento del piano del lavabo la creazione di una nicchia capace di accogliere la lavatrice al di sotto, mentre allo stesso tempo assolvere la funzione di poggia asciugamani per chi esce dal bagno turco. Il bagno turco, sempre di dimensioni modeste, è pensato in modo tale da poter fornire una panca capace di accogliere due persone, o nel caso di una sola permettere di sdraiarvisi; il bancone su cui poggia il lavabo del bagno turco è pensato allungato così da permettervi il posizionamento di suppellettili per la doccia (elemento tipico nei bagni turchi), così da non richiedere il bisogno di una doccia aggiuntiva al di fuori di esso.

FINITURE
La scelta dei materiali, particolarmente affini al tema richiesto, ha inoltre il plus vantaggio di offrire una soluzione di messa in opera semplice e maggiormente economica rispetto a rivestimenti più raffinati. Per le pareti sarà sufficiente rimuovere l'intonaco, così da portare i forati in superficie, per poi verniciarli in bianco, mentre per la pavimentazione il fibrocemento offre la possibilità di essere posizionato direttamente sopra la pavimentazione esistente, e risulta inoltre di semplice pulizia.

DETTAGLI TECNICI
Nello studio della pianta è stato scelto di posizionare il bagno accanto alla cucina, oltre che per ragioni di tipo funzionale, per poter tenere a contatto i locali "bagnati" con un conseguente vantaggio di costi a livello impiantistico.



CONCEPT
Starting from the demand for an environment in industrial style, the project aims to achieve the best possible affinity of themes and styles (such as brick, warehouse flooring, vintage elements, and neo classic elements) that are used to turn on this type of composition. This objective is also perpetrated trying to pay particular attention to costs, as the nature of the function is performed by the local temporary and not permanent, also addressed to third parties.

SPACE
In the allocation of space you have chosen for the living area with a peninsula solution, so as to free space in order to create a more welcoming environment, and eliminate the online course that had been formed with the kitchen located along the wall, which left other solutions than those on the opposite wall.
Furthermore, given the nature of the kitchen available (which was provided along the wall) I have considered appropriate to position yourself a raised counter compared to that of the sink so as to cover the rear side (not designed to be exposed); the realization of the aforesaid counter is designed by positioning two brick walls as shoulders in view of the platform and a head for closing the rear side of the kitchen, which at the same time will also act as splash guard for the sink.

The bathroom, of modest size, expected through the exploitation of the creation of a niche of washstand capable of receiving the washing machine below, while at the same time perform the function of rests towels for those who leave the turkish bath. The turkish bath, always of small size, is designed in such a way as to provide a bench that can accommodate two people, or in the case of a single afford to lie down; the counter upon which the basin of the turkish bath is thought elongated so as to allow the positioning of furnishings for the shower (typical element in the Turkish baths), so as not to require the need of an additional shower outside of it.

FINISHES
The choice of materials, particularly related to the topic requested, also the added advantage of offering a solution put in simple work and more economical than the finest finishes. For the walls will be sufficient to remove the plaster, so as to bring the perforated surface, and then to paint in white, while the fiber cement for flooring offers the possibility to be positioned directly above the existing floor, and is also easy to clean.

TECHNICAL DETAILS
In the study of the plant we have been chosen to place the bathroom next to the kitchen, as well as for functional reasons, to be able to keep in contact the local "wet" with a consequent advantage of a design level costs.
