Description

Hi! This is a functional approach with focus on budget and space efficiency. The solutions proposed could be better tailored with exact measurements and a well defined budget.
So, there are 3 main points of focus: Kitchen, Sleeping area, Living area.
Kitchen, I've tried to make it more spacious and fluid by regrouping the utilities under a continuous wood counter that will be raised on top of the Washer. Now, the width of the counter should be 65-70cm (see the plans) which may not be standard dimensions. Depending on what is available on your area and prices, solutions may be found to adapt even 60cm counter to the width of the washer by mounting L shaped plastic profiles to close the gap with the backsplash wall. For the backsplash, without taking down the existing tile, you could mount a drywall sheet to level up the wall for mounting a continuous backsplash. The backsplash itself could be vinil clipping pannels, HPL, tiles, glass panel, ...depending on the budget. On budget and easy to install I used in other projects Waterproof Laminated Flooring Panels with a aluminum U shaped frame made on site.
At the entrance of the kitchen is a dining area which may be at countertop level with stools or at a normal table height with normal chairs.
Next is the Sleeping area which is linked to the Living area by a dividing "wall". This wall is in fact a cupboard with storage on both sides.
This wall can be made with plaster wall framing and wood shelfs or it can be maid by a custom furniture provider with different type of wood finishes... in the simplest form it could be a simple drywall with IKEA console shelfs or cupboard mounted on.
The sleeping area is separated with either curtains or by sliding doors.
Most of the furniture can be bought and customized at IKEA.
For more detailed solution, as I said, I would need more precise details and feedback.
Thanks for the opportunity and all the best!
